Horrible company in terms of providing warranty. Incorrect install of the door caused leakage which ruined the hardwood after 4 years. Customer care coordinator for Raleigh division is not helpful at all saying it is out of warranty period and kept blaming homeowner for not doing maintenance of the house. Company would not acknowledge substandard quality of their work. I will not recommend Toll Brothers to anyone looking for good quality house. Please stay away.
