Worst lifeguard ever. She only confronted my partner and I at the pool but didn’t make rounds to anyone else. This on July 4th celebrating America’s 250 a country about freedom. She called the cops on my partner and I who were at the pool enjoying the amenities that HE PAYS FOR. She had no grounds to call the cops. I told my partner to sell his unit immediately because AFTER we called the super she was still employed. Unacceptable. I have a partner that I can’t even visit given the experience that I had.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I purchased a home from Toll Brothers pre-construction. They’re known for their luxury buildings and amenities. Unfortunately, I did not see most of the building until the day of my closing. Let’s start with the home itself. The building has had yellow/brown water since I’ve moved in. It’s been months. Poorly managed building at 10 Provost, alarms go off often between 3-5am for about an hour waking up all the residents in the area.
