Purchased a condominium home in a Toll development in Massachucetts(Regency at Glen Ellen in Millis). So many problems. A/C barely worked on second floor but after every song and dance in the book they refused to resolve the problem. Did a few things like moving the furnace over 8 feet, wider duct work and “balanced system” but never addressed main problem of undersized unit. Today it is set at 70 and temperature is 78.
