Great experience with the staff, especially with Jade. Friendly, professional, and easy to approach with. Everything was handled smoothly and precised details that im looking for. Would definitely recommend!
Very poor customer service, staff & owner not prepared to follow up on a returned item. Reply from owner was that it was due to over 240 follow ups for customers that required action. Item was returned & no contact with us for over 3 weeks. Owner refused to commit to calling us back with an update, advised not enough time or staff. Brought a Pandora Bracelet as a Christmas present for my partner. I was told at the pandora store that I could exchange it, hassle free at any store as long as I had the receipt. I got a gift receipt and ONLY a gift receipt from the server. I went to this authorised retailer and told her I wanted to exchange it and she was just no help, saying I had to have the normal receipt. I wasn’t given a normal receipt.. with a price on it?
