Seriously understaffed to the point employees are forced to do several people's job and are stressed and resentful which is then taken out on the patients. There hasn't been any security due to shortage of applicants and they wouldn't think of hiring temps from a temp.. service because they dont want to pay extra.So it'"sketchy " to say the least and clients and patient's suffer from that. My fiance and I go to the Pinnacle in Phillipsburg, NJ. Unfortunately, while we were in Michigan looking for a house to buy , we were to guest dose in OH. We were originally supposed to guest dose here on a Saturday but we were wrong about the time they closed. We reached out to Phillipsburg the moment we found out and called again on Monday on our way back to this clinic and were told someone would call us back and our clinic dropped the ball again.
