Heard a lot of good things and the new ED is changing things for the better.
Total treatment center on Reynolds road is the worst place you can go. Most of the staff treat you like you are beneath them. There are a couple exceptions Vicky at the front desk is a wonderful person does her job very well and five other jobs as on top of hers. The director of Jessica is a joke she does not care about her staff nor does she care about her patients if you have a problem she will be sure to make sure she hides and says she has a meeting or on the phone or she's not there even though you see her walking down ... read more
They don't even have working phones so they say... SMH 😒🙄 we definitely just talked on phone though
