RecommendedWent in to buy a poker chip a few weeks ago. Today walked out with a new bike. I have 3 dealerships, probably more, that are closer but none have the level of service as Toledo H-D. Owner came out and greeted me and thanked me for the business. Got a great offer on my trade, they even picked it up and are delivering my new one since it’s still winter. I was in a motorcycle accident and I’m not able to ride. I contacted Toledo Harley Davidson and requested that they pick up my bike to repair it. Today I went and paid for the repairs and asked them to deliver it back to my house. They delivered it within the hour. I realized that I had not been charged a pick up and delivery fee. When I inquired about this, I was informed that since I was injured and the bike was damaged in an accident, that the pick up fee was waived and since I still can not ride that they also waived the... read more

Treat us MUUUCH better than they did at Napoleon. Friendly people. I’m sure I’ll be in the store quite a bit, since my daughter will be transferring to school there. I appreciate the kindness. It goes a long way. I won’t even think of stopping at Napoleon. I was in there 20mins, made eye contact with at least 4 staff members, and no one bothered to speak. DISGUSTING! They could learn a lot from your crew.
