There should be 10 stars. I drove 190 miles just to have Toledo H-D put ground effect lights on my 2012 Ultra Limited. I made an appointment and waited while the lights were installed. I hung around all day and the Staff in the service department, parts department and on the showroom floor was very nice and friendly. Everyone took the time to talk with me even knowing I was just hanging out waiting in the installment of the lights. It was the best Harley Shop I have been to in a long time. Sales staff were not pushy and more than willing to help with anything you need.
