So… we made an appointment with this outfit. Received multiple messages confirming the set appointment. On the day of the appointment, received yet another confirmation. After 40 minutes after the agreed appointment time, I called the company. The first guy put me on hold for approximately 2 minutes. The second one, just repeated everything I said and then halfhearted apologized. In life, there are NO second chances to make a first impression. I would stay away from these folks.
We just had our outdoor bar completed with a leathered marble countertop from SPD. They were very professional to deal with and even came out a second time for measurements. Being able to see the template before slab was cut and to decide seam placement was appreciated. Installation crew was very careful with site prep to protect our new marble decking. They cleaned up when install was completed and sealed the marble. I highly recommend!
We did a full kitchen remodel with SPD and our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Brian Smith in particular provided outstanding guidance, was highly responsive, and ensured my project moved along according to schedule. It is an excellent workplace with a competent team that efficiently completes tasks.
Tulip did an excellent job. He was right on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. Very personable and courteous.
