Dropped in for afternoon lunch - had the red hot dog. It was awesome even if I had to eat it with a fork!! Most memorable experience, though, because our server realized I was having an emotional moment and offered me a hug, which I needed so much, and accepted! This is the kind of behavior that goes way beyond customer service - it can't be taught or bought. Thank you and God bless you during this Christmas season!
Meh, it was okay. We expected better based on reviews, chose to check it out cause it was featured on one of my husbands favorite shows. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great, definitely not worth the hour long drive through horrible traffic. Service was excellent and live music was good, but food was just okay.
Food and service was excellant as always, great place to eat after or before walking around downtown Grapevine. Next major stop was Texas General Store just down the street. Great day well spent !!!!
I have much better Chilli at a better price. but it was okay not bad but not exceptional.
Great food. Everyone had an assortment of their menu in a party of 20. Waitress was phenominal. did not mess any orders up. Bill was split among 6 individual people with everything correct.
The beer selection here is great. They are known for the chili and the chili lives up to its name.
We went here for the first time on a Sunday nite. The place was not busy at all. Service was a bit slow. Those that had the chili raved how good it was! I had chicken fried steak that was good yet my beans and potatoes were a bit cold. However would probably go back and try other stuff . Fun atmosphere!
We been here twice in the passed month. The food great here but the service is lacking. We ordered chips, never got them. The first we asked if the BBQ had sugar on it, the waitress we are diabetics and that we can't have sugar. She makes it clear that it does not have sugar. Well two diabetics got ribs covered in sugar, good way to kill your customers. Had to reorder our whole dinner. Tonight i ask for diet coke and get reg coke, asked for the fish blacked and get grilled. When i tell waitress she offer to bring me the seas... read more
Had the teachers salad with chicken and it was delicious! Service was great! The drinks could be a little better.
