Janis helped us through selling our home during our stressful PCS time (for over asking price mind you) and she was so helpful, prompt, professional, and gave us lots of guidance on a process that was new to us. She took care of coordinating with the buyers over all the HOA required repairs during the sale pending time and got quotes for us from contractors and helped so much.
