I had previously given Toland realty and Jami Johnson 5 stars, I purchased my home in April of '21, and Jami Johnson was my go to she was super helpful and I have no ill will towards her nor Toland Realty, however she did reccomend an inspector, which she knew personally and everything was fine(on paper) But here I am less than 2 years in and my hot water heater has already had to be replaced, the ac/heating unit is going out. The chimney cap was replaced and now is leaking again, into the fireplace. The tubs were supposed t... read more
