We waited about 35 minutes for our check after we had eaten. They weren't slammed with people either. The new waitress was having a hard time, instead of helping her, they just piled on more for her. I got the sense they were trying to make her quit...we were the unfortunate casualty. No "I'm sorry for the wait" no nothing. The manager was awful. Hokkaido from now on.
Tokyo is absolutely AMAZING!!! I didn’t think I liked Japanese food until my best friend brought me and made me try it. I fell in love!! Tokyo is legit my favorite place to eat. Whether we eat at the grill or just a normal table, we always have great service! I always get the New York steak and shrimp and it is always cooked perfectly!!
Food was great. The place is dirty. Sticky chairs and food all over the floor. After eating, it took 20 min or longer to get dinner paid for and bring back my debit card.
Always a pleasure! Food was delicious and the entertainment was fun!
