A friend took me to try this Japanese restaurant the other day, and I was surprised to find they offer *omakase*. The atmosphere was pleasant—it’s a small, intimate spot—and the service was excellent. As for the food, the fish was incredibly fresh and delicious; it rivals what you’d find in a big city! However, one thing really bothered me: throughout the *omakase* experience, I kept hearing the kitchen staff talking loudly. Aren't Japanese restaurants supposed to be quiet and serene?
