One word encapsulates Kurama Omakase, focus. They are a restaurant that heavily focuses on their sushi and that focus pays off. Highly suggest going there if you are having a sushi craving and, if you are feeling daring, try their trust the chef menus. Their appetizers are fantastic as well, I suggest the takoyaki and the gyoza.

My first omakase experience and it was awesome!!! The handwork of the chef was on point conveying just the right amount warmth to the fish!
Great sushi and service. They know our order because we always get the same thing and start brewing green tea for us before we even sit down.
