Amazing food and impeccable service.
This is my first review ever as I never write reviews, but the quality of the "ramen" at Toki Underground in Baltimore has got me. I ordered the mushroom ramen. Sadly, it was the worst ramen I've ever had as much as I love ramen. The noodles were more like somen noodles than ramen noodles. The texture of the noodles was overcooked, and it was really hard to swallow. I was literally almost gagging trying to eat it.
