Horrible customer service! After years of being a loyal customer I am told that they can no longer meet my expectations. Normally when you get your nails done you inform them how you like your nails. I have never been rude. I Just simple state how I prefer my nails to look esp when several nail techs have seen me each time and they al do nails different. But I find it funny they say they can’t meet my expectations but my last visit I went in for a dip powder and the women who took care of me took over 2 hours to complete. Sh... read more

RecommendedFound Toi spa about a year ago and won’t go anywhere else now. Everyone is super friendly and the nail techs are all wonderful.... especially Dan! Dan is the BEST TECH EVER. He’s friendly, super-skilled and give the best pedi EVER! Does an amazing job on my nails, also. I definitely recommend Toi Spa Plantation to anyone looking for an awesome spa/nails experience. They’re the best!

RecommendedDan is one the most amazing nail techs at Toi Salon. I have been going to him for over 5 years and I do not know what I would do without him. He always makes my nails healthy and my gels last over 3 weeks. I highly recommend Dan and Toi Salon in general. There taking every precaution during Covid and the salon in general is like a spa from a hotel. I love the people at the salon and it’s a very positive atmosphere when walking into the salon.
