Been going to Toi for years and loved it up until their phones started having issues and that prevents me from making timely appointments with who I want to sit with. There are a handful of really good people but the quality of work has gotten sloppy. If I pay top dollar I expect to get what I paid for. Sorry Toi but you have had one too many second chances. I'll be taking my $200 a month nail services elsewhere.
