I really do like this salon and all the nail techs here, they are all great and very kind, however I had a poor experience last time I went. I had come in for a gel manicure and was seen by Ann. She was nice, but did a poor job at painting my nails. The layers are uneven with bubbles seen in the gel, and there's gel by the cuticle area too. She seemed to be a in a rush and wanting to be finished as soon as possible. I understand she may have been tired and everyone has off days but I was disappointed. The technician was unfriendly and kept using their phone, making me feel disrespected.She’s fast, but I don’t know if it will last. Her name start with L
Koko could not answer your questions, she got upset because I asked her not to file my nails too much and left my pinky so short compared to the other nails. :( she has an attitude and she isn’t very keen on offering what you are requesting. Also, stares at you when you ask a question VS answering. Not a good experience.
Top notch, clean, friendly, I highly recommend them. I'm from NJ & I tried a bunch of nail salons that were horrible but I LOVE this place, and my technician was Paul who is great and a sweetheart. Will not go anywhere else.
