I had a pedicure done here within a week. The acrylic from my toe broke, called to get it resolved, which they did, but they made it such a bother to come back to get this done. Not sure I would recommend here. Front desk staff seem very dismissive. I would definitely recommend recommend.
Paige did a perfect job! Got bubble bath OPI dip. Loved the almond shape she did! 10/10 coming back to her!
I’m giving this a two-star rating due to the poor management of time. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM, and by 2:15 PM, I still hadn’t been seen. At that point, I had to get up and inform the staff to cancel my appointment. I believe it’s essential for businesses to respect their clients’ time. If I were to cancel or show up late, I would expect to be charged a fee. I think it’s only fair that you implement the same policy for your appointments. Kyle at the salon was not only kind and professional but very attentive and my nails looked amazing when I left!
Horrible customer service, they even charge hidden fees. Check your receipts!!!
