Extremely disappointed with my experience. My visit did not go as planned. I called ahead to confirm a 4:15 PM walk-in and specifically requested a female technician — neither was honored when I arrived, instead I was given to Ben. Despite showing a clear photo of a simple French manicure, I left with results that did not match my request at all. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable. Toi has really gone downhill. Terrible customer service and super confusing website (doesn’t have full service descriptions), but you can’t call to book because they’ll leave you as “first in line” on hold for 45 minutes. Sad because it used to be a very quality salon. EDIT: Funny reply to my review. I don’t know how you didn’t see the 45 minute call, but yes, I did stay on hold for that entire time and ended up hanging up because that’s ridiculous. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I came here. I paid $95 for a full set on Saturday, and by Monday my nails already looked grown out with a huge gap at the root. The nail beds were not done properly, my cuticles were barely touched, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. These are honestly the worst my nails have ever looked in my life.
