Dr. Togun is great, she really cares about her patients. You can call her in the morning and be seen the same day, which is very convenient. She really takes her time with her patients . She is always very concerned about their well-being and will not hesitate to follow up. I have recommended her to many people who feel as strongly about her as I do
The front desk is horrible. They mess up on appointments all of the time . I will not be returning. Please don’t respond to reach out to the office. This was my 2 nd appointment messed up in a week. .im disappointed . My time is valuable just like the doctors. Get a good front desk person
I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr Togun for 3:30 today. Last week I called to confirm and the front desk confirmed but sounded not to sure, so I asked was she sure and she said yes. Initially when I scheduled she asked me if I still had care first and I informed her no and gave her my new insurance information. Today I get there at 3:20 and she says sorry we have to reschedule because we didn’t verify your insurance. Dr. Togun is the best!!! This lady genuinely care about providing the best care to her patients! She's very hands on with putting a care plan in place that works for the individual she's servicing! I have rode all the way with Dr. T starting with her when she was a NP! There's so many great things i can say about her as a Dr but experience is this best teacher!! If you need a GOOD GP she's ythe one!!
