Received a letter from Stillhouse Creek Homeowners Association that my annual payment had not been paid and that I would be charged a late fee. When I called Maselle and Associates their response was it fell through the cracks. These folks are pathetic!!!

New tenant was in my home for two months and I had not received rent for eighteen days. When I called the office, they were clueless. When they went to the house, they learned the tenant had moved out one month earlier and had left the place a mess. Property management did not know rent was not paid, did not send a three-day notice and were totally derelict in their duties. Had I not called my house would have been abandoned. for months!
