This place is awful. I spent 4 months working with staff at this agency trying to get my loved one on as a client which included bringing on my own caregivers. They had my caregivers spend time attending classes and get hired on, their own staff were no shows for meet and greets, and all for them to eventually decline my loved one as a client. Not a good place not competent for certified medical assistants. They want a blind lady to wait until April to have services.. pathetic you people are not good enough when it comes to needing care quick. Period I think it’s funny you people get by with charging insurance companies and aren’t good at your job!!!
