DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam that preys on estate properties! They should be ashamed! As administrator of my mom's estate, my contact info is publicly available. Jonason called me using that info asking if the estate property was for sale. I told him that he wouldn't be able to offer what I wanted. He asked if he could see what his investors could offer. They helped my grand mum sold her house within a short period of time, they really helped throughout the whole process.
I really liked working with Jonason. Him and the team at Toffi really gave my family and I a lot more understanding of the value of my mothers property and made it an easy conversation. I inherited the home and really never analyzed the Market Value of the area. Hands down my favorite part was Jonason going over our property with us in their final report and giving me and my family more than just one option to maximize the value of our asset.
