We initially had a good experience with the podiatrist, but the administrative staff made it impossible to continue care. Appointments were booked, forgotten, rebooked, and forgotten again. The front desk communication was consistently disorganized and unreliable. In a medical setting, this level of administrative failure is unacceptable and directly impacts patient care. We had a horrific experience with this company. My elderly mom was in excruciating pain and couldn't walk so I called them to set up an appointment urgently. They dropped the ball completely and I had to follow up with them weeks later. They never answered my questions at the visit, and took weeks after the appointment to even respond to me. They wouldn't even confirm when her follow-up visit was scheduled. I finally found someone competent when I reached out to Dr. Jeanny with 3 Toe 1 Foot Dr. in San Diego!

This business is a scam do not trust them worst experience they send the doctor to help my dad with his nails , HE did not completed his job left half way !!!! next day I called office they told me they will send another person to complete the job but they keep canceling the appointment with out calling !
This business is a huge joke! Their scheduling sucks!! No one there communicates with each other. They cancel your appointments without telling you. The vist it self was, eh! I do not recommend these people!
