The legal assistant, Holly, for John Fuchs is incredibly rude. I called to inquire a case I had submitted, she told me it’s “impossible we call every client…” I stated that is exactly why I was calling, to follow up and save her precious time. She also proceeded to sigh heavily on the phone while I was talking. I was polite, never angry. Maybe coach Holly on how to be nice to clients and proper phone etiquette.
This is a review of Cynthia Albin. Mrs. Albin showed utter incompetence to the point of negligence in my custody case as a GAL.
