This is a review of Cynthia Albin. Mrs. Albin showed utter incompetence to the point of negligence in my custody case as a GAL. I received a letter from the OCDC outlining Jonathan Fuchs's glaring conflict of interest and professional misconduct. This is the same attorney who accepted stolen drug money from the Chief of Police in St. Charles—a clear violation of both ethics and the law. He has a pattern of accepting drug money as payment and was involved in the theft of valuable sports cards from me and a co-defendant. The legal assistant, Holly, for John Fuchs is incredibly rude. I called to inquire a case I had submitted, she told me it’s “impossible we call every client…” I stated that is exactly why I was calling, to follow up and save her precious time. She also proceeded to sigh heavily on the phone while I was talking. I was polite, never angry. Maybe coach Holly on how to be nice to clients and proper phone etiquette.
