Normally, the phrase "'pleasant' car buying experience" is an oxymoron, but Todd makes it happen through a combination of his admitted OCD personality, high quality vehicles, no pressure attitude, and quick response time. Actually, My wife and I found our 2013 Chevy Traverse online using Carguru and traveled from Memphis to Nashville to meet with Todd and view the vehicle. What a pleasant surprise. The vehicle was immaculate and just what we were looking for. Todd usually doesn't deal with Chevy's but had taken this as a trade-in. Car was everything I thought it was and more. Had all the paperwork with all the performed maintenance. Nice and honest person to deal with. Highly recommend, you will be treated fairly and with respect. The no haggle price was much better than at Carmax with a much better price.
I purchased a 2007 BMW from ToddsCarTeam. The entire process was professional and drama-free... I got more detail about the vehicle than I expected - CarFax, purchase history, maintenance, remaining flaws, everything. Love the car, and I can't say enough good about Todd and his team.
