Very professional and went over everything the CRV did. I had gone to a certain dealership and they never went over anything with me. They just wanted me to drive it and talk about buying it. Todd was great and I never felt pressured about anything. I had to ask him when we could go get paperwork started. Highly recommend!!!! When I ever need another vehicle I will go back to see him. Todd replied very quickly and was very helpful. While I did not purchase the vehicle I contacted him about, I did buy another vehicle from him that better fit our needs. The details in the listing and pics were spot on. When it came time to test drive the vehicle, it was almost a formality. I already knew what I was getting. Todd makes the whole experience very personal and very easy. He will be first my stop next time I'm in the market for a "new" car.
