I went in for an oil change and inspection. The employee pulled the oil plug out, emptied my engine of oil, found that the plug was damaged, and told me I would have to tow my car to the last place I had had my oil changed to have it repaired. They reported that because I didn't tell them ahead of time it had damage that it was my fault. They then instructed me to put my car in neutral, pushed my car out of the bay, and closed the bay behind me.
