Pizza Factory has terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! When you can get them to answer the phone, the can't even get your order right, won't accept the coupons that they send out! And are just awful. The pizzas ok for the outrageously high price they charge. I am completely done with them however because of the awful service they provide! Millions of thumbs DOWN!
