Our family’s favorite pizza has always been Pizza Factory. Yes, it is a bit over priced but it is very good pizza with hand made crust .Unfortunately, the service has declined with the years of new ownership. I wish the service was as good as the quality of the pizza. I do not know if the pandemic had anything to do with it, but service has decreased so much in the past 6 months that they seemed to have stopped taking phone calls altogether. manager needs customer service training! very rude and unprofessional!!
Food is good, but service needs major changes.... normally they act like we are a bother to them in there... tonight called for 30 minutes never answered... guess tonight ill take my business somewhere that wants it
Customer service was poor. We waited outside by the door for our food after they said they would let us know when our pizza was ready. They never came out. We went in to ask and they said ohh yeah it's been ready for last 10 min. Sorry. One of the girls working just had a crappy attitude. We will not be going back.
Horrible customer service. Food not great and overpriced. Owner is gay and likes to hire young female and sexually and verbally assault them
