Chad and his team did a wonderful job servicing my new truck. I had kind of a weird situation happen with a garage door closing on my truck which left scratches. The team did an amazing job and everything looks as good as new. I would absolutely return to Chad and his team for future services and would recommend anyone do the same. Chad‘s customer service is excellent and he is an absolute pleasure to work with.
This is unfortunately the second time in the two short years of owning my car that I have brought it here, and each time the repairs have been quick and flawless. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. I hope my car doesn't get damaged again, but if it does, I will be bringing it here.
I was unsure how to handle the situation when I called after my accident. Chad and David were very helpful and able to clearly answer all of my questions. They got me into a loaner vehicle quickly, and the repairs to my vehicle were done in less than two days. The repairs were completed to perfection and the staff was all five star.
