This is unfortunately the second time in the two short years of owning my car that I have brought it here, and each time the repairs have been quick and flawless. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. I hope my car doesn't get damaged again, but if it does, I will be bringing it here.
I was unsure how to handle the situation when I called after my accident. Chad and David were very helpful and able to clearly answer all of my questions. They got me into a loaner vehicle quickly, and the repairs to my vehicle were done in less than two days. The repairs were completed to perfection and the staff was all five star. On Wednesday December 11, 2024 I took my vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Trax) to the Todd Wenzel Service Center at the Dealership for an Oil Change / Tire Rotation. Upon completion of the Oil Change and Tire Rotation I verified with the service manager that there were no leaks or any repairs needed to my vehicle. He confirmed.
