On Wednesday December 11, 2024 I took my vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Trax) to the Todd Wenzel Service Center at the Dealership for an Oil Change / Tire Rotation. Upon completion of the Oil Change and Tire Rotation I verified with the service manager that there were no leaks or any repairs needed to my vehicle. He confirmed. This is by far the most professional, friendly, and prompt body shop in town.
Complete professionalism, quality and effort. Very pleased with my experience with the collision center. Always exceeds my expectations.
Brought my Mercedes there on a recommendation from my insurance company. Poor communication. They said they would have a loaner then couldn’t find one. But the main reason for the 1 star is the workmanship is poor. I waited 90 days to review. Paint is peeling. Bumper doesn’t line up. Go somewhere else.
