Todd is a great at what he does, i highly recommend him for your home selling needs or finding your next home.
This message is a little late getting posted but want to send praises out to Todd for helping us out with our home sale. We were in a difficult situation and Todd assured us he could help and he did! It took tries at a couple different programs available to him but he never gave up and finally found a solution that worked. Recommend. Would use again. Todd was very flexible as we looked at several houses over a period of about three months. He responded with a quick turnaround with our showing requests. After the house closed we still needed additional help with the house and Todd was still there for us. He also didn’t push back on our negotiating style. Great experience overall.
Furniture and appliance thief. Stole the entire contents of a previously owned home that was fully furnished even after the previous owners had agreed to leave the items for the person buying the home from them. Left the bare minimum and gutted the rest of the house. Maybe someone ought to let Alex know that he would be permitted to attend a trial and present testimony in a courtroom remotely via Zoom and that he doesn't have to "waste his time by flying all the way back to Washington from Virginia" because a Real Estate age... read more
