MOLD in subterranean apartments!
This apartment complex is a joke. Lived there for 7 months and had my dogs for the first 3 months. While living there we spotted spots on the carpet that leads to the balcony. Let management know and she checked. Took pictures and even used a blue light to confirm it wasn’t urine. Was told within 2 weeks I would get a call to get carpet cleaned as well as fix the laminate that was damaged. Never received a call nor reassurance that they were working on it. Moved out and on my move out checklist they charged me for the carpet... read more
