My wife and I have done four transactions with Todd, two buys, two sells. We would have done two more with Todd, but were purchasing out of the state. I have known Todd for over twenty five years and he is loyal, truthful, transparent, smart, creative..... the list goes on. Todd has been an incredible agent. He listens, he helps, he does not hover. I highly recommend Todd! I appreciated his calm demeanor, his attentive-ness to details (you should see his handwritten notes!), and his ability to anticipate his clients’ needs. Todd was a great realtor for us. He brought a unique combination of construction knowledge and knowledge of the housing market, plus some great listening skills. He never tried to sell us but was quick to point out cons when they existed. Never did we feel rushed or pressured! He answered our texts and emails promptly. He was quick to get showings set-up in the more high-demand areas. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure….
