Not a great place. Surgical skill level probably ok, but staff is HORRIBLE. No clear post op instructions... I still cant get over not being able to speak to a real person when I call the office, Voice Mail 95% of the time. Took two days for a call back from them when I had a question concerning pain and swelling after my recovery after surgery. Went for post op check after 3 weeks (supposed to be two weeks) and doctor wasn't even present. I waited two hours, then they called me up front to tell me to reschedule. No more tha... read more
Technical skill is probably 5 stars. Personally and patient bedside manner is no more than a 3. Overall a 3 1/2 if I could give a fractional rating.
Learned more from Google than Dr. Horrible at dealing with people and their fears. Glad we were worthy of the 5 minutes he gave us.
