When I arrived for my appointment, I was a few minutes early. The receptionist was busy, we made eye contact but no greeting was exchanged. She continued doing her very important work. Several staff did the same, truth be told. I made eye contact with each and every one of you and you all walked past me. That is very unwelcoming to a new client.
