This is the 4th property that Todd has assisted me with and I cannot say enough positive things about him and my experience working with him as a realtor. It has been a true pleasure working with Todd. We have done three real estate transactions over the years. Every time we have done business with Todd, we have come out ahead financially, better than we possibly thought beforehand. On top of that, Todd has always gone the extra mile, been the consummate professional and been there for our questions/concerns no matter what time of the day or night. Todd is an excellent agent. He helped us through the sale of our old house and purchase of our new home in which both had to close on the same day. We had problems with the sale of our old home due to the buyers not getting documents to the escrow company timely. On the other side, this caused delays in the purchase of our new home. Sharing my experience working with Todd Marks as an agent; is an easy delight. Todd was instrumental in leading the course through a difficult sale/purchase transition which included an out of state move. He brought his significant professional skill and deep understanding of negotiations to close a fair deal for all parties as expediently as possible. I can only speak from my experience, Todd won't disappoint, it is not in his DNA.
