On top of that, Todd has always gone the extra mile, been the consummate professional and been there for our questions/concerns no matter what time of the day or night. Todd is an excellent agent. He helped us through the sale of our old house and purchase of our new home in which both had to close on the same day. We had problems with the sale of our old home due to the buyers not getting documents to the escrow company timely. On the other side, this caused delays in the purchase of our new home.
