i visited him once a couple years ago... i can tell you that i was less than satisfied by his professionalism, and even less impressed with his work. i got a cleaning (at the time i had a good HMO ins policy) and he still tried to charge me 200 bucks, even after he billed my ins. i was shocked by this because i actually postponed my first appointment to wait for his staff to find out if my insurance would cover the cleaning, i waited a week for him to call me back, then he did, telling me it was covered. this was all just fo... read more
I have been a patient of Dr jones for over 11 years and for the most part been semi happy with his service. However he is always stressed, and is rude and impatient with his office staff. One time when he was filling a tooth he cut my lip and never said he was sorry. Today he yelled at me because I did not want X-rays , I am fighting thyroid cancer. Dr Jones does not know how to talk to patients, I walked out of the office. There are many great dentists I would recommend going to them.

Dr Jones did bondig on my teeth which chipped less than one month after procedure that he blamed on me. He messed up my husbands crown and he had to go to a new doc to get a root canal. If you call to cancel an appt they yell at you and say the doctors time is too valuable to be cancelled. They will continue to call and harrass you until you reschedule.
Did a LAZY job on filling cavities in molars. Just drilled out a trench running accross 3 molars on each side and filled full of silver amalgum. Caused points of molars to weaken and crack. Then had the gaul to call me up AFTER I had settled up all insurance co-payments the same day I was worked on, and demand MORE $$$. Threatened to report me to credit agency if I didn't pay.
He is a wonderful dentist - patient, knowledgeable, thorough. I would recommend him to anyone
This man has all the qualites of the dream dentist. Dr. Jones is gentle, kind and a perfectionist. All the various procedures I have had done were necessary and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I happen to know (firsthand) that he is the guy that other dentists go to.
Overall very well pleased with Dr. Maeda my whole family including my in-laws goes to him.
I have been going to Dr. Jones for over 30 years. I am extremely pleased with the lasting quality of his work.
