If I could give them a negative star I would! This is thee most horrible mortgage company I have ever dealt with. And it’s mostly used for VA loans! Despicable! Terrible customer service and full of lies! They steal your money and always try and explain it away! Took 4 months to get them to pay off a mortgage and then added more fees on because they took so long! They need to be closed down! Beware!!
My Husband and I built a new home and was referred to contact Tim *****(senior loan officer) with Union Home Mortgage. Tim made applying very easy for my husband and I. Tim explained every step of the way. When we had any questions he was quick to respond and helped with any questions or concerns. They have not paid my insurance bill from my impound account. They also do not answer their phone or return mesages. Horrible customer service!
I just found out that my home has been uninsured for the last 3 months due to Union Home Mortgage not paying my insurance bill as our contract states, and despite the fact that I have paid my mortgage on time each month. I have been trying to reach someone for a few days now and only get voicemails and no calls back. Some of the voicemails are full so I am unable to leave a message. It is frightening to be uninsured and I would like to make sure this never happens again.
Company ask for credit card charged it $500 for appraisal. Then scammed out of another $4500. Day to close so no go. I asked about my money response was sorry

Horrible company. We started a refinance in late December. Once I was told I was approved and rates had been locked in they said we could order the appraisal.( this wasn't until mid febuary..) After I paid 500 dollars for an appraisal I was sent new loan applications to fill out... didn't make sense that I was approved already but need new applications? Finally after 2 weeks the appraiser came. A week after the appraisal I was told they had to get some employment verification and asked for my boss' number...finally on March ... read more
The senior loan officer was called to get a pre approval letter..She asked if she was to send it to Joy. I said no we changed agents and gave the new name and phone number. Within 10 minutes of ending that conversation the loan officer called our prior agent and she texted me about this.... I find this a breech of privacy and will NOT be using them
