Check in with Kim was quick and courteous, Alecia (nurse) was great, friendly, kind, putting me at ease, Dr Vandenburg listened to my concerns and talked over the solutions which were best for me. He was attentive and did not rush. Would recommend this office and its staff.
End of the day, yet the staff was all wonderful and nice!! Joked around and made me feel welcomed. I loved dr. vandenbergs straight to the point yet explained it where I could understand and was super nice ! I loved his nurse Christine she was super sweet. And front desk lady named carrie held a convo while working and great eye contact. Loved the experience will be back if need urology again ❤️
First time seeing a urologist and I have to say my experience was a pleasant one, from the admitting staff to Dr Vandenberg. He explains everything in a way that’s understood. I will be going back and expect the exact same treatment.
