Todd is absolutely the best of the best. We so appreciate his guidance and expertise during the process of buying our first home. Beyond that, we locked in an amazing deal that without Todd, we wouldn’t have otherwise thought possible! Also, I cannot speak highly enough of Todd’s character. Todd is incredible. We took a leap of faith and left a family friend agent to work with Todd and boy did it pay off. He was ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING. He is top in class in every category and I wouldn't buy or sell a house without him at this point. His wealth of knowledge in the market and trends really pays off and he is a great negotiator to boot.
