I got hit by a State Farm customer and all they wanted to do was cut every corner possible to fix my vehicle. They will lie constantly. This is a large company that bullies people every day. They spend a ton on marketing to compensate for the bad name their getting.
State Farm claims they reward safe drivers. I haven't had an accident or a ticket for 20 years. State Farm solicited me for a quote on my auto insurance. They came in 20% higher than the premium I am currently paying with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. POORLY PLAYED, STATE FARM. Lying, cheating rip-off company, thinking their commercials are having any effect on smart buyers like me!

Horrible Horrible service. I had questions that the office could not answer and ask to speak to office manager. She is busy. Call back later. She is still busy. I got two different people answering phones and two different answers to my questions. I then called to speak with agent. He was busy. I asked. What is a good time then. Utterly awful customer service from this State Farm branch as well as the overall State Farm company. My agents name is Chris. As written in below reviews, you are lucky to get ahold of ANYONE at this branch via phone. No one ever answers the phone at this office and even when you leave a message it is rare to get a follow up call. I pay almost $400 a month for my car insurance and rental insurance and expect at least decent customer service. Nope. Not even close. I never been in a car accident where the person hit me in the rear back door and I'm 25% at fault. Regardless to my witness who took the video. My adjustor "specialist" and I use that term loosely Ann Campbell seen the pictures and video and still made me 25% at fault! The other idiot had state farm too and I'm pretty sure that played a role in it. I am a repair facility and State Farm is the absolute worst to deal with. Finding any way to get out of paying a claim. State Farm drags their feet and takes weeks to approve anything, if even approved. I had State Farm and switched because I deal with a lot of insurance companies and State Farm is the worst by far! State Farm does not send adjusters. Instead, they expect you to do all their work and do not pay you any additional for it. State Farm is truly horrible. After having my roof for 6 years with no issues I had a weather event that severely damaged the roof but only ripped off a few shingles. In the past year, shingles have came off in strong winds 4 times because the roof was damaged by the first event. State Farm is completely unwilling to replace or repair the roof sufficiently.
The nuts and bolts of it is that the corporate State Farm, underwriting department, shared personal information with someone NOT on my policy...TWO TIMES!!! After the first time thos happened, I filed an official complaint, hoping hoping they would tell me what they were goning to do to ensure it would never happen again. Then they did it AGAIN!!! Our claims representative came out in October after we filed a water damage claim under our kitchen sink/dishwasher, we thought this is was the damage was since the floor was bubbled. Gave us a bid for new flooring, cabinets, counter tops (very low prices). Had 2 contractors come in with bids $5,000-7,000 more. She never explained we have a "supplemental account".
