I felt dismissed and was not listened to
Dr Hall did not perform my emergency surgery 3 years ago as it happened over a weekend but I did go to various f/u appts with him and his staff. The office is located inside a medical ‘mall’ which is a ridiculous place for an orthopaedic surgeon’s office. You’re in a giant cast unable to move, you’re almost immobile and you have to try to make it inside the door and down a weird hallway flanked by plants??
