He was AMAZING! I recently dealt with some of the absolute god awful providers at a different health care network and then came to see Dr. Francis. I could not believe the difference. He is very good at explaining things in a way I understand, he has great bedside manner, he referred me to several physicians to help with other health concerns, ran more tests and was very professional. I unfortunately don’t have much need for him anymore but I highly recommend you go to him if you have any neurosurgery needs.
Due to working in the health field as an RN, I am aware how much the little things matter. Their sensitivity and kindness mean so much especially when you are in pain and anxious. Dr. Francis was very knowledgeable and confident.
I have so much respect and gratitude for Dr. Todd Francis. Our son spent 8 months with leg pain that progressive got so bad he could barely walk. We learned he had a herniated disc that was pressing on his sciatic nerve. We did not want to have surgery especially at his young age so we tried everything - PT, Decompression Therapy, chiropractic care, steroid injections.
