Everts property management is a negligent company that has little to no regard for how their tenants live. I helped someone who rents from them reach out on numerous occasions to fix issues with appliances, pest control, plumbing, etc - they did little to nothing. Replacing the stove with another faulty unit, never following back up on work orders. Neglecting tenant laws - they would come in to her apartment without notice looking for the rent check?? I could go on but please be aware of this greedy company.
Everts Property Management is an absolute joke. 0/10 recommend you to rent from this horrible landlord. I have called many times and never receive a call back. Half the appliances in his units are used and don't work. They had construction workers going to the bathroom in home depot buckets- disgusting. You cannot run a business like you are in the 1940s - get it together.

I've been trying to contact someone to rent a unit and I seem to just only get an answering machine. How great are the apartments if no one answers ?????
