ouch After moving to the area and reading so many positive reviews about this salon I was VERY excited about my appointment. My colorist, Heather, was phenomenal. I am thrilled with the color. Perfection. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the cut. Its horrible. While my stylist was very warm and friendly, I was seen 2 hours late. While he spent almost an hour cutting my hair, he was unable to honor one simple request: leave enough to pull back. Not best but..... better The salon itself is very clean and vibrant. Staff are very attentive and will bring refreshments while you wait. I left feeling completely satisfied with my experience.
too pricey for what it is Customer service is not their strength. The man that did my blow-dry was rude and inept. It took too long to get done what I needed. There was cockiness that seemed to permeate the space. I'm sure some of the staff is great but I have received better service for far less expense.
Great Haircut, nice ambiance I used two different stylists so far, one for Day of Wedding Hair style, which turned out fabulous, and another for post wedding chop.
Large, Busy Salon This is a good, reputable salon but it is just very large and busy feeling. I don't enjoy going here because it is too much hustle and bustle. I prefer this same salon but the location on Filmore St which is much more approachable and easy-going. Both have high quality services.
