Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor. He listened to my issues, studied the MRI, came up with a solution and competently carried it out. He replaced a disc in my lower back and aligned my L4 & L5. My pain after surgery never exceeded a 4. The numbness in my right leg is gone. Tidelands hospital gets high marks for their efficiency and staff friendliness.
Dr. Cook is a wonderful orthopedic doctor. I recommend him 100%.
The whole experience was great. The appointment process was seamless. Check in and out was easy. The communication was excellent and Dr. Cook made me feel very comfortable, and that he sincerely cared about the issues I am having. He was clear about what my options will be after having the MRI. I would recommend Dr. Cook and OrthoSC to anyone I know.
I saw Dr. Cook today for my neck pain. He was reviewed the xrays with me and showed the various disk problems. He was very pleasant to speak with and didn't jump right into the surgery mode.
Dr Cook and is staff are AMAZING! He listens to all your concerns and answers every single question. He is very knowledgeable and was the first doctor that was able to fix me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
