Dr Cook treated me like one of his family. He is a genus and extremely professional. I have had back pain for many years and did a great job. He did a 10 hour surgery successfully. He is very compassionate and caring. This is coming from a surgeon himself. Thank you Dr Cook. Donna and Ali
