I have found Mike to be highly responsive and he has always been expert in balancing the needs of the tenants with the needs of the property owners. Requests are met with professional courtesy and are generally carried out in a very timely manner. Lease negotiations have always been pleasant and has never ended with anything but an equitable agreement. I have enjoyed working with Mike Todd for many years now and would recommend him to anyone in need of commercial property management.

I've been working with Mike at Todd Commercial Management for a few months now. In addition to Mike being great to communicate with, the thing that made Todd CM stand out to me was the extra effort they put into setting up both their owners and tenants for success from the beginning. Great property manager! Quick to answer, prompt response any property problems. Fare during negotiations. Would recommend for any owner of property for him to manage.
