I've had an appointment scheduked with Dr Capizzi for several weeks and today - THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, his MA called me to ask why I'm seeing him. Asking if I need an expert etc. and then proceeded to tell me that he won't be able to help me and they will have to refer me to UCH...this has been a horrible experience!
