My oncologist is great. The office staff, however, could use training in communication, follow through, and patient interaction.

First time there today. The three ladies I interacted with were so friendly and kind. The environment is so beautiful and relaxing (the music was lovely). The entire experience would have been spa-like if it wasn't for the actual procedure. ;) ...and walking to your procedure room in a soft robe instead of a paper gown, well, it's as comforting as it is comfortable. Five stars for the staff/facility/experience!

I love this place so much. I feel like I am at a Spa I am halfway through my cycle at their infusion center. All the Nurses are outstanding. Todd Cancer Institute in my opinion is one of the best. My first day I was so impressed with the beautiful and serenity of the public and private waiting rooms. They even have a well appointed garden. I have a private room complete with TV. I completed work yesterday using the free WiFi. I love this place so much. I am going to return as a volunteer. They care about your wellness. I hav... read more
