If you call the Oviedo office and leave a message, they NEVER return your call. The only way to communicate with them is actually physically going there. The front desk people are not knowledgeable and do not know what they are doing. Even though my insert is covered by the insurance fully, they kept asking for money from me. I told them at the two visits to check with my insurance. They are like a wall; never listen to you.
